168 | How to Stop Being Your Own Worst Critic

Today's episode is a coaching call I recorded with one of my students who was struggling with this challenge (which I know we can call relate to!):

"I'm someone who's afraid of change and huge next chapters. I'm scared I won't measure up to the person I could be especially with college coming. I'm scared that I don't have a good sense of self because i feel like I can always find something wrong or something that needs to be fixed and this impacts how I make new friendships, how I set myself up for goals, and my emotional wellbeing. I want to be someone confident, fun to be around, and persevering but I feel like the more I push the harder I fall back which gets tiring and scary. Can you help me with this?"
