Gratitude has become a cringe worthy word with the amount of times #GRATEFUL is shared on social media these days.

It's easy to roll your eyes at and think it's all a bit of fluff. And when people tell us to be grateful when nothing is going to plan, what's that all about? It's the last thing we feel like being when the world isn't being fair to us. But today I share with you why learning the SKILL of gratitude is one of the most powerful practices you can build into your life with a daily JOT. What's a JOT?
