Copy of Frustration Fix (2).png

Ever argue with your parents about them not respecting your independence?

Like perhaps entering your room without knocking or leaning over your shoulder to read your texts? I get it can be super frustrating to feel like our parents give us no privacy as we begin to grow up and want to have some of our own space and freedom as young adults.

If you can relate to what I'm saying and there's something your parents are doing that you wish they wouldn't, make sure you tune into this episode where I share with you the best thing you can to increase the likelihood they stop doing that thing without the emotional turmoil and arguments that typically comes with it.
